Intermediate: accumulate 18 Rope Climbs

Beginner: accumulate 9 Rope Climbs or 45 Rope Pull Ups (alternate lead arm in the Rope Pull Up)

*5 Rope Pull Ups = 1 Rope Climb

Alternate Workout Option:
